Carneka Grant is the Founder and CEO of The Closing Standard, bringing years of experience in compliance, contract and performance oversight, risk assessment, and operational management to the real estate transaction process.
Throughout her career, Carneka has managed complex processes, monitored compliance and performance, supported corrective action, strengthened operational systems, and provided training and technical assistance. That experience translates naturally to transaction coordination, where organization, accountability, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through matter.
She founded The Closing Standard to provide agents and brokerages with dependable administrative support and stronger systems behind every transaction.
